Usually this will involve a combination of desk research, individual on- site meetings with key individuals and facilitated group discussion, as part of a phased approach which aims to secure client ownership of the final proposals. 

My approach is based on challenge and discussion, opening up new approaches and development potential which builds on organisational strengths and core values. Above all, I aim to produce clear and well- founded proposals which are realistic and achievable, accompanied by any necessary actions to put them in place. Where appropriate I am happy to support clients implement change management and development programmes by providing impartial advice and acting as a critical friend.
